For the purposes of these Regulations, the following key concepts, roles, and functional definitions are established. These provisions govern the structure, administration, participation, collaboration, evaluation, and implementation of the Vanguard Impact Summit & Awards (VISA).
The Organizer of the Vanguard Impact Summit & Awards is Entrepreneurs’ Diaries (ED), acting as the intellectual property owner, curator, and governing authority of the Program.
Entrepreneurs’ Diaries (ED) is a global business and leadership media platform established in the year 2020, with the objective of documenting, analyzing, and amplifying leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, and impact-driven initiatives across global markets.
Since its establishment in 2020, Entrepreneurs’ Diaries has operated on a controlled, invite-only editorial and readership model, designed to ensure that published content reaches senior decision-makers rather than mass or consumer audiences. The platform’s readership includes founders, CEOs, CXOs, venture capitalists, family offices, institutional investors, and senior professionals, typically representing organizations with annual revenues exceeding USD 10 million.
Entrepreneurs’ Diaries publishes in-depth leadership profiles, interviews, analytical features, and case-driven narratives focused on real-world impact, innovation, ethical leadership, and scalable growth. The editorial framework prioritizes credibility, verified contribution, and long-term relevance over promotional visibility.
In its capacity as Organizer, Entrepreneurs’ Diaries:
Approves and maintains these Regulations and any amendments thereto
Defines the structure, scope, and format of the Vanguard Impact Summit and the Vanguard Impact Awards
Establishes award categories, nomination criteria, and eligibility requirements
Forms and appoints the Organizing Committee
Appoints and approves the Jury Board
Oversees compliance with procedural, ethical, and editorial standards
Coordinates official communication, partnerships, and ecosystem collaboration
Ensures neutrality, credibility, and long-term continuity of the Program
The Vanguard Impact Summit & Awards represents a formal extension of Entrepreneurs’ Diaries’ editorial mission, transitioning from media documentation to a structured global platform for leadership dialogue and formal recognition.

The Unified Nations Council is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United Nations or any of its agencies. Its collaboration within the Vanguard Impact Summit & Awards does not affect awards governance, jury independence, or editorial authority, all of which remain vested with the Organizer.
The Organizing Committee is the executive and administrative body responsible for the preparation, coordination, and operational implementation of the Vanguard Impact Summit & Awards.
The Organizing Committee is formed by the Organizer and may include authorized representatives of the Organizer and, where applicable, nominated representatives of approved partners or sponsors.
